After an initial misunderstanding, the dealership responded promptly and professionally. I want to thank the manager Tim and service advisor Caitlin for taking the time to listen, resolve the issue, and ensure everything was handled properly. Their attention and customer care were greatly appreciated.
I visited the dealership for an oil change, and overall most of the staff were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Hernam in the office was disappointing. He came across as rude and dismissive.
The music in the office was extremely loud and overstimulating. I politely asked if the volume could be lowered or if it was normally kept that loud. Instead of responding professionally, he gave me an attitude and acted as though there was no issue.
I even asked other employees, and while some seemed to agree that the music was very loud, nothing was done about it. There were also other customers who mentioned that the noise level was excessive, but I appeared to be the only one who formally raised the concern.
A comfortable waiting environment is important, especially when customers may be there for an extended period of time. The loud music made the experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Based on his attitude alone-

It took far too long, nothing at all to do with Ken or the service itself but my appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:45, I did not leave until 11:15 for an oil change and tire rotation.
I understand things happen, but like I explained to Ken that had nothing to do with him but I need to know if it's going to take this long so I can plan.
Cory was great. We were wall in. He told me he wasn’t sure how long it would take. I completely understood. The guys in the back were quick. I wasn’t watching a clock but I think it was less than an hour. Fantastic.
My Experience with my visit today with Caitlin was very professional very pleasant she showed extreme courtesy and concerned she got the vehicle out to us in a very timely manner, and we were on our way.
Angela Malave was great she made my first time at Bev Smith Kia was easy and answered all of my questions and just made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience.
