Two hour wait to put on a front licence plate. Plus $43.00 for something I was promised to be done by the salesman when I purchased the Soul. I've never had such a rough experience with a car dealership. For my further service needs, I will seek out another Kia dealer! I won't set foot in Bev Smith again!

He was nice, and got my car fixed up right I hope . but the service tec did not replace the oil change stick in/on my windshield to give me the new date and mileage , I do not like that. I just hope it was an over site since it was busy.
