I had a problem and they fit me in when I really needed them to. The team was professional and get my work done ASAP. They kept me updated on what was happening. They get things done in a timely manner and at a better price than what the auto tires was going to do, They were awesome and I was impressed.
We were very disappointed with the service we received this time at Bev Smith. We were told on Wednesday that our car would need to wait for parts and that by leaving it could be repaired first thing Friday. We are from Vero and chose Bev Smith because we were unhappy with the local dealership. We drove back in on Friday, expecting to get the car back no later than the afternoon. Having heard nothing all day I called at 3:45 and was told that it is currently being worked on and that when they "know something, I will be contacted". I informed them that we were in town just to pick up the car and that we needed the car because we were leaving for vacation on Saturday. I called back at 5:40 and was put on hold for more than 20 min. I hung up and called back and when I was switched back to the service dept, no one answered and finally the call connected and I was hung up on. I called back and finally reached someone who then told me that the service tech had left for the day and the car wouldn't be ready until Sat. Not once were we communicated with before that.

My wife was there with our baby for three hours. You guys tried to upsell her on something we definitely did not need. When she declined buying the extra part, you guys refused to fix what she was there for. A total waste of time! We definitely will not be returning! I’ll be leaving multiple reviews wherever I can.
