Zachary was efficient, thorough and he was a great listener. I came in with routine maintenance and needing help with another problem and he took care of everything. I know he didn’t do this but it was also the nicest complimentary carwash we have received—that was a pleasant surprise!

Justin was awesome. Communicative and friendly. I was only dissatisfied with the complimentary car wash. I had just washed my car myself two days ago and it was looking real nice. But after picking up my car, it had watermarks left all over like it wasn't dried properly. Doesn't look "clean" with all the water marks.

I have been coming to Kia of Ft. Pierce for the last few years. I had Rachael as my Service Advisor / Manager, and when she left for another position within Kia, Petra was recommended to me. I am extremely happy with Petra as my Service Advisor / Manager and will alway request Petra when in for an maintenance event. Petra has always been professional, diligent, enthusiastic, informative, Listens and answers all my question and Petra is very knowledgable of the Kia product like. When I leave the service bays, I have a good and confident feeling that my Sorento has been taken care of and fixed correctly the first time, and that that my best interest is at heart. It's nice to have a service tech who remembers you and even what your issue was from the last time you came in. Zach is very helpful and friendly keeping you informed on the status of the work being done.
