Yes he went over and beyond and the end result was very much satisfaction thank you.I bought my car up there initially and I do live closer to another Kia dealer where I could go to get it serviced but I prefer the 50 minute to an hour drive to you guys because of the customer service is so great

Stephen & team did all they could to update my auto’s navigation system, but my system repeatedly refused to accept the update. We sincerely appreciate their efforts and will let them know if we have additional problems with the system. We appreciate Kia allowing us to make comments in regard to our service experiences! Stephen is a pleasant person to speak with and always lets me know how the service is going on our vehicle! He listens to our concerns and works to make us happy with the results.

Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 3 hours to be told that I needed to change the tires and breaks. When I mentioned that I was enrolled with the tire and battery for life program, I was told I needed to wait to change the tires unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. Not sure what was that all about… If I needed to change the tires, why were not changed? Also, the wait would have to be longer…

Zachary is very friendly with customers, explains the mechanics' suggestions and if the customer ask him, he can explain the details of the invoice so that the customers feels satisfied with the service

Brought it in for a software update. While it was in I asked they check a intermittent “clunking” from the front end and look at the brakes. Found nothing, but charged $70+ for what may have been a warranty issue.
