Not happy at all when I pick up my car I notice they only vacuum the floors in the front driver and passenger side, the floor in the back and the floor to the 3rd row floor was not vacuum either. My back window was not wash either, very disappointed in the service I got today, I was in a rush to leave to get home because I drive an hour always just to get home.

Well I was asked if I wanted my car washed. But It was never done. So don’t ask your customers if they would like a wash unless you are going to do it.

Everyone was very attentive & helpful especially Zack. One comment I want to make is this:. I live in Michigan six months & FL six months. Frank has been helpful in trying to get my fuel door fixed. As I was looking at my car this morning. I noticed grease on the panel near the fuel door including on the portion inside of the door and on my rear bumper. I have also noticed some scratches on my black plastic bumper that were not there. Also, the fuel door is stiff at a certain point.
