Good service but a little slow

Service was fine for oil change and rotate tires, but to change a map light and want $52 I feel that I just a little high. Plus two people talked to me about car wash and st last minute when I said no to replacing light than the car wash was broken. End of story

Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! That to me is unacceptable!

Sad to discover that after my service yesterday, the fluids were Not topped off (even though I asked). And my car was also clearly not washed. Makes me wonder, was the oil actually even changed? Or the engine air filter I paid for?

I was very satisfied with how well I was taking care of today. I only wish however that when the car wash was done that they would have made sure my windshield was clean of any debris. That did not ruin my day by any means. It was a great team of people who helped me today.

Justin was beyond professional. Came right up to me, gave me a fist bump, and took charge of my repair. Other advisors could have done that, but he did. Kept me up to date on status, and we agreed on the best course of action for my car. My compliments to him!
