I am a resident of New Jersey Traversing the country with my 2022 kia carnival I am enjoying every bit of it. My 49 yr old daughter my wife off 52 yrs and I Are on this trip of a lifetime! Petra was pleasing to deal with No hi-pressure selling accessories I would use your service every time I am in the area!

My experience with Kia in fort pierce was night and day compared to mg experience at Stuart Kia ! I will never go back to the Stuart location after the great customer service and courtesy I received at Kia in fort pierce . Thank you again Frank for all your help !!

Everything as fine and you guys are attentive as you offer rides off grounds until the vehicle is done, have refreshments/snacks, water/coffee. it’s accommodating as well how your consultants ask and factor in other issues (monetarily) with the vehicle as far as fixing parts before just working on it. It is about two hours to wait but idk what else is expected for a Full Service, Inspection, and wash.

This whole incident was exhausting and frustrating. What could have taken days to fix, it ended up in a two month ordeal. It seemed that anything was ever done when I would call and ask for information. I know insurance was involved but between them and Kia, I felt I was being told two different sides of the story. I brought my car back to this Kia where I had such a good experience purchasing my car, and did not feel like the same valued customer. I felt like my sotry of the incident wasn't believed and as the makers of the car an explanation of what happened to my car was not answered.
