I wasted one hour of my time trying to talk with the service dept. A rude please hold, then 10 minute wait each time forcing me to hang up and call back. Very poor customer service and communication with nearly every one. One of the worst car dealership experiences I have ever had.

My car needed work and it would require overnight so Kia dealer got me a loaner car to have till my car was done, luckily my car was done the next day and I was on the road and happy again

Jessica and the young man who fixed my car gave me nothing but first class service. I wish I knew his name please acknowledge both of them. He was a young slender black male. I would refer my friends to this Kia dealership.

She was very helpful. She helped restore trust with the service department. Air conditioning problem still being addressed. Multiple history of problems with air conditioning not her fault.
