My experience with the service writer was fine she was a professional. When I dropped my car off I was a little surprised that the gentleman had me fill out a night drop off envelope when you guys were still open at 3:30 in the afternoon I drop my car off that afternoon for the next day to be worked on because I didn’t have time to drop it off in the morning and I had made arrangements with your reservation department to do that. Just thought it was a little strange that they didn’t ride up my car and just had me fill out another drop off and that was the end of it. Never one to a dealership before that was open that had me do that instead of just riding up the car while I was there, but I guess that’s the way you guys do it other than that the service writer was great.

Justin was great Bev Kia used to be the best as far as distributors go but I don’t think so anymore . Every time always new people too much turnover not the same atmosphere as before . I remember when Bill was the service advisor he was their a long time and a friendly time not so much anymore

I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. It always takes way too long when I go there. The wait makes want to go somewhere else
