Fantastic service and communication.
I made an appointment for a reason. I got there before my appointment time for oil change and tire rotation. I was there almost 2 1/2 hours which is crazy. My service lady, Jessica Witt was absolutely wonderful, kept me informed all the time and also trying to hurry things along. Not sure what the problem is, overbooked or not enough help. The time I had to wait was uncalled for.
Bev Smith Kia is a pleasure to deal with. The courtesy I received was beyond great. From the transport driver, Philip, to everyone that I came in contact with. Especially Petra Del Monte who walked me through everything I needed to know and went above and beyond to make such I was satisfied.
Frank was quick, friendly and his team was too
I went to the dealership the first time they set an appointment for my part to be fixed and I got there and the part wasn’t there yet. No one called to tell me before I got there. I set another appointment and I waited an HOUR before they came to tell me again that my part wasn’t there after I woke up at 6am to get there by 7am. I wasted gas and time coming up there and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Had appointment, advisor never came until after Sandy customer service person came into waiting area. It was over an hour, until he came in, then another hour after that. It took 30 minutes from the time they said my car was completed. Kia Vero techs video your car inspection,etc. I only went because of coupon.
She was very good explained things to me that other years the guys did not June

Work said to be completed not tested orcrest driven to assure job done before contacting customer. This was the second time was told the same problem was fixed..butcyet it continues to be an issue.
I've been a long time loyal customer but this is not up to Bev Smith standards.
