My service writer Justin is a pleasant, polite, knowledgeable employee. He explains everything in detail pertaining to the work needed on my vehicle.Justin provides excellent customer service. I want to acknowledge be Joe the technician which worked on my vehicle and explained work that needed to be done. He was also knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. I love KIA!

I had to call after 7 hours only to be hung on the first called back they said she was to bisy to talk to she would have to call me back all i wanted to know was when i was getting my car back after 7 hours for a oil change and front brakes.

Some services was not completed because I thought that I will trading in my Sedona but I backed out so I need for them to continue and have a new schedule for the services not done. I live the service people there especially kabob whose been there or a long time

The overall service was okay but when my car was brought to me the front driver's rim was scraped. I was told this would be brought to the attention to the manager who wasn't in at the time. Pictures were taken and I was told I will be getting a call tomorrow.

Frank has been nothing short of phenomenal in his handling, and communication during the time my vehicle was getting service. There was a lot that I did not know and he worked with me day after day making sure I knew exactly what was going on, what to expect, and when I can be expecting it. I have never received such a dutiful service before and I am happy to say, Frank will definitely be my go-to guy anytime in the future!
