Jessica Blessing Witt has gone above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness and amazing customer service is incredible. Frank on the service department was horrible the last time I came in. That was not the only time he has been rude and disrespectful. I am not the only customer he has treated this way either. My family and I have purchased numerous KIA’s, but he will be the the reason that we will not return and nor will we refer.

I dropped my car off at 10:00 a.m. at 3:30 I was asking if my car was ready? I walked to the service area looking for my car finally I saw it parked it was locked with paperwork inside. I told the guy my car was ready that it was parked can I please take my car. The mechanic did not give paper appropriate person to show the vehicle was ready.? Finally they gave me my keys I left. I still have the problem on the passenger side door, there's something loose it moves around when I'm driving and I put my brakes? I'm disappointed on the wait time 5 1/2 hour's? ???? Elsy S

It was a pleasant surprise to be greeted by Jessica B. Witt. She has a very soothing voice & demeanor. She quickly took care of writing up my maintenance items. Since one of my items would take time to diagnosis, I took the courtesy driver car back home. I realized my car would need to remain overnight. I have always been very happy with my Telluride and the KIA Dealership in FT. Pierce. A few people have driven my Telluride whom loved the safety features like: Lane Departure, backup safety features and additional safety built into the car. It is a 'dream car' for Seniors! 'Job Well Done' in designing those features to be in the EX model....Donald P

I came there to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. I had an idea what was wrong and I let them know. And the only thing my car was doing was hesitating whenever I would start it. But 5 minutes after leaving the dealership today our car broke down on US1 it's stalled and would not start for about 10 minutes. And my check engine light was on which it was not on when I came to the dealership. So just the mechanic looking at my vehicle to tell me what was wrong that they made it worse. Then to find out when I'm told I need a battery that my free tires and batteries for Life which I paid for is no longer void because I've been getting my oil changes by my house instead of at the dealership. Even though the dealership knew I was not getting my oil changes there nobody ever told me that it would void my warranty for my tires and batteries for life. As a loyal customer I will never ever come back to Kia again
