Scheduled appointments should be done more timely. I had an appointment at 10:30am sat in line for the service writer, arrived at 10:25am someone walked by said service writer will be with you in a few minutes and hung the service order bag on the mirror. Wanted until 11:05am to be seen, then had to ask when would the car be done, was told 1:00pm. Service was a complimentary oil change from Sandra from a previous experience,rotate tires, wash car and change the wiper blades.

Since I came, the two employees that were in the front and received my car, were very nice and professionals. They introduce me to Jessica and she is very nice too. Has compassion when gave me the cost of the pieces, because they are higher. I appreciate it so much. Thanks and blessings!.

My recent experience at Kia Ft Pierce was very pleasant. The staff starting with Jessica Blessing to the cashier to Philip the courtesy shuttle driver we’re all very professional and very friendly. The service couldn’t have been better. They are truly assets to KIA Ft Pierce.

Kia always gives me good service and personnel always show good customer support and concern. Glad you had glass guy there as my windshield was hit by a rock and he is taking care of replacing it on Fiday. Great service.
