All staff were courteous and wanted to be helpful, but apparently the problem "doesn't have a fix." I want a car that works every time. I was especially disappointed with Tony, the vehicle exchange specialist. I'm also concerned that you're continuing to sell cars with the same issue.

I asked them to check my spark plugs because my husband had seen smoke come from that area. I really don't think they checked the spark plugs because two days after I left your shop my engine light came back on we took it to my husband's friend he pulled the spark plugs and they were full of oil where my car could have caught on fire we are done with Kia's I traded my car in not at a Kia dealer. Maybe later down the road Kia will learn how to build an engine that doesn't catch on fire.

I took my car in because the engine light came on. My car had a 60,000 miles check up two weeks prior for which I payed almost $500 . After waiting a while I was told I needed a part replaced whic cost $83 and $400+ for labor. The part was not in stock I was told to pay for it and when it came in I would be called. I paid and left, but was very disturbed so I called my mechanic, who ran engine checks, then went to to gas tank and found it was open. I was asked at Bev Smith if I took gas recently which I did. This is the second time those technicians pulled this fast one on me. The first over a year ago after checking to see why the engine light came on they told me the gas tank was not closed properly and charged $89 for labor. I refused to pay labor cost just to close a gas tank the cashier called someone and the cost was voided. With this recent incident , I was reimbursed the cost for the part as I requested and my car is fine. Something seems fishy in that service area. I have lost trust and doubt I will ever take my car back to Bev Smith for service

I don't appreciate the fact that a Kia salesteam member duped me by telling me the coupon book for the pil changes and car washes and tire rotations is okay for ANY Kia dealership in the USA when it is clearly NOT! I'm not driving 45 minutes for an oil change and that's EXACTLY what I said to the salesman who SOLD me the coupon book. What a scam!
Jacob was an excellent advisor. He made the process very smooth with no problems. He listened to my issues and made sure everything was done properly. He is a great asset to your company. The service was very good.
Petra never came out to greet me. So to me she doesn't even exist. How can you rate someone that didn't even bother to come out to introduce themselves to you.. The best part about your service is Philip your shuttle driver. He is a joy! Also the young man that does the intake paperwork is very efficient and polite. Also the gentleman that brings out the vehicle to the customer is also very polite and helpful. Other than that your overall service is terrible
