Took 2 weeks and they didn’t even finish the job.. the radiator resivour cap wasn’t replaced
Again, I mean AGAIN, MY TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED AS SCHEDULED. My trust with Bev Smith service is getting smaller & smaller. Why does this happen evertytime I get my oil changed & tires rotated. 2 hrs & 45 minutes later. I am wondering if you change out the oil filter. You explain to me why this happens. Then you put air in my tires way above what they should be. I do not get it.
This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle in and Jacob has helped me. He is very kind, friendly and respondent. Definitely will request him in the future. Make sure he stays!!!!!!!
They said they gave my car a car wash. They didn’t. Don’t put on paper you washed my car if you didn’t. I could have cared less. But you tell me you did. And it ain’t done. That bad reputation.

While the service advisor was great. Whoever washed my vehicle did a lousy job. Other than that I’m very satisfied with my service today.

My car is floated from the same issue I came too 3 times. And I paid for it the first time and now it’s giving me the same issue and wants to charge me $340 for a problem they could have fix the first time. Gave me back the car soaking wet and didn’t even drain the water out and dry it out. Worse place ever and frank is so help just there to collect a check.
Mr. Negron kept me abreast of the working status my vehicle while awaiting completion of service. Very considerate of my time and mental comforts!
It took 2 months to get my car back. One month out of the two months I had no vehicle. I don’t know how crucial it is but by my gear shifter I’m miss a small piece. The only time I I received a phone call is when I called them first and they might call me back. If they would have kept in contact with the customer it might’ve been different. Just lack of communication with customer.

Frank went beyond the expected and stayed late so I could have my Telluride returned. Unfortunately the new FCA camera could not be calibrated. This was the fourth time I’ve been back to remedy an important safety issue. I’m going to invoke the Lemon Law since the two year time frame is coming up.
