Service not up to kia standards. Mgmt needs to get in touch with me.
2 hours for service on 6/7 for an appt. Got home tire that needed to be fixed wasn't fixed I called back got an 1130 appt for the 10th. Husband waited over 4hours to fix tire. He was pissed. Your customer service is lacking. I had my car serviced yesterday. Never met the consultant till he handed me my papers. Never asked if I had any questions. But yet you send me a text to tell me to fill out a survey just the way you want it filled out. But no more. Tried to talk to a manager over the phone. That didn't happen.
I congratulate Kia's service. They are very professional, friendly people and the treatment I have always received is a pleasure. I can say the same for dealer sellers. Thank you very much. Gisela S

Jessica was absolutely superb! She kept me updated during my visit via text and in person. She didn’t overwhelm me with details that was unfamiliar and she explained everything in a way that I was able to comprehend. This was another great service experience at Bev Smith Ft Pierce
Only problem I have is it takes to long to do the service required.
I bought 4 tires in December and went in with a screw in the sidewall. Had to pay $169.60 for a new tire. I don't understand why there was no road hazard warranty or reduction in cost, at least or why the battery and tires for life plan didn't cover it.

All staff was wonderful. What is upsetting to me is it always takes a very long time for my service. I dropped my car off for regular oil change and maintenance and picked it up 3 hours later when it was done. I was told it would be an hour. Last time it took 4 hours. I will never wait at the dealership again.
