Waited outside for 27 minutes after waiting for an hour inside to get my car. The only one working out of 4 guys out there was Jacob. The other 3 talked for a half hour while my car was sitting there waiting. Did not say anything until one guy is staring at me. And then I spoke up. He gave me a bunch of excuses. Told him I did not want to hear them then told him the review I give them will be the worst ever. He jumped and got my car. Jacob came over and gave me the paperwork.asked him his name and told him he was the only one working. Jacob was doing everything no one else was doing nothing.hire people that care about their customer's
Had an appt to drop off my vehicle and was assured I’d have a shuttle home to be on time for another appt I had scheduled. I got there and was advised they only have one shuttle and it’s going to be late getting there. Was advised there is no other way to assist me and I’d have to come back another day or miss my other appt. Extremely disappointed. My car is not fixed now and I have to take more time off to bring it back again another day.

8:30 am appointment for an oil change car was not brought in for over 2 hours 1st dealer recommended service not completed until 11:50 due to overbooking and staff shortages. Car wash alone took over an hour Staff was trying to be helpful but could only do so much. Was compensated for lost time by manager
