Last time I paid $79 now I’ve paid $100. I won’t be coming back.
I specifically said the front tire on the passenger side is wobbly. The car is shaking when driving and it still is. Also I paid for an alignment and the care is still not aligned.
After waiting over 1.5 hours, they still hadn't started working on my car. Cory asked me to reschedule. I just left. I doubt I will be returning to your dealership.

Caitlin has always been so friendly and on top of things . I’ve had her the last two time I’ve come in for regular maintenance. Her communication is great . We also met Robby today who gave us a courtesy ride from the dealership and later back to pick up our vehicle . Everyone we have met with there are very professional and friendly . Hard to come by these days so great job to Kia in Fort Pierce . Great service from the time we purchased a year ago and still going strong .
It felt like everyone is happy doing what they do. I felt as though I could trust this business. Happy employees means that management values them and values me.

Couple other things-
While each was very courteous, I had 3 sales people come to me asking about my interest in upgrading my car. That was after I responded NO to emails, texts and a phone call ahead of my service appointment. I realize they are paid to make sales, but why ask ahead of time if you aren’t going to accept the answer?!
AND your service area waiting room could use a refresh.
