You didn’t even service my car. My car was never taken care of.
I called the customer relations manager and left my cell number for her to call me as I waited 45 minutes parked beside the service huts and no one except Alex the intern took any information from me. When she did call me back she called my home number and I was at KIA. I then called her a second time and left another message to call me on my cell or just walk out to the waiting room and talk to me. I AM STILL WAITING. She never called!

kaitlyn did not understand what was goin on and said she was handling one costumer from 9am to 7pm and told she was gonna call but never did so I waited for no reason and when I went back she told me to go somewhere else

Bring back Frank and Jake!!!!! Everyone was cold and not welcoming! Before and after the service. It seemed like no one knew what they where doing or what was going on! Jessica was ok. But the other team knew more and you could feel there experience!!! Don’t think I will stay at Kia one my service warrantee is done.
First they lost a part of my vehicle underneath which had to be ordered by service manager, secondly they left my car dirty with hand prints all over my truck, third they left my truck underneath full of oil they didn’t even bother to clean it, the oil filter put on my truck doesn’t even look new and my whole entire front they left with oil hand printed horrible service horrible job I had to complain about my part missing in my truck the technicians they shouldn’t be even call technicians in the first place
My only issue was the lack of communication. Was not Jessica’s fault though.
$90 to replace 2 light bulbs after spending 2-1/2 hours at a previous appt only to learn part was not available, and then to spend another 2+ hours is inexcudable!
Thanks for taking Bennie home & picking him up. We have no plans to trade the car in as we just bought it 3 months ago.

Our new Kia Sorento hybrid would not start it was completely dead. We have AAA so I called them they jump started the car. Told me to call dealer and have them change the battery. I made a service appointment for the next day at 8am. Sat their for 3 hours they found nothing wrong. Not satisfied at all.

The service team needs to let the shuttle know when customer requests the shuttle.In other words they need to call the shuttle driver and give the shuttle heads up that customer needs to be picked up.If I hadn't requested the shuttle number he never would have known I needed a ride.Follow through
Had an appointment and wound up wait3 hours. On my work sheet they said they gave me a car wash which was not true . Why lie about it. Not sure now to accept what they stated.
