Get Your outside attendants busier I wasn't even notified by those at the booth that my car was sitting there waiting on me Jessica did a wonderful job beginning to end At end she texted me and told me my car was done and would be out any minute I waited about 10 minutes thought WHAT THE HECK was taking so long walked over to the booth to be told Ur car is right here GUESS customer needs to watch what attendants are doing or should be doing????

Vehicle still is not operable. Still needs bodywork and has been transferred without my knowledge to toyota. The communications between myself and all the service managers was unbelievable. Very poor response ????

Waited 2-1/2 hours to learn part (running light bulb) not available. Arrived at 2:10 for 2:30 appt. car was not taken into shop until approx 3:30pm. At 4pm car was brought out from garage, not contacted until i inquired at 4:30. When asked about labor charge very little information provided.

I can never come to this dealership and get good service. Due to the fact that I have a particular promotion I can’t take the vehicle anywhere else without defaulting. Okay his is the third time the vehicle has been in and the three point inspection missed something. It appears that all these technicians do is a half **** job. When it took the vehicle in the driver side tail light was out. When I got home it was still out yet there checked that everything was in working order. NOT TRUE! This is the THIRD time I’ve seen this happen. They are not even properly topping up fluids. I recently had to top refill my washer fluid and you claim you top these things up! I’ve been coming here since 2018 and good customer service has been a challenge to receive.

Daniel accommodated all my concerns and he resolved an issue I had previously with a different manager he went about and beyond I asked that he never leave I was a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you again Daniel

Service was fine and quick. When customer gets text saying service is complete, there should be directions about what to do next. What experience ended with a bit if a runaround. Everyone was friendly and eager to please but better instructions to the customer would have been helpful.

Two oil changes in a row!!! where they have committed fraud! Was told they rotated tires in both occasions was not to be true! Because I knew for a fact last oil change first week in March they did not rotate my tires. So I marked my tires for this particular service change. To find out I was correct again tires were not rotated brought it to the service managers attention both times.... Let's just say I have an issue with being taken advantage of
