My car was serviced aweek or so ago...AND Was NOT a GOOD experience!!!!
My FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE at KIA service in 12 years.
#1 my reason for service was I had a flat tire.
#2. I called for appt, requested my tire be ordered and that I had roadside assistance program to cover the cost.
I was informed when the tire would be in stock and made my appt for 11am.
#3. I WAS THERE FROM 11 till 2pm FOR A TIRE CHANGE!!! No one came to explain why there was such a delay !!
#4 FINALLY, I told service personnel I had to be at work by 3:30 in Vero Beach and to PLEASE get this tire changed...
#5 I wound up being an hour late f I r work
#6 I was never given a service summary and was told it would be enailed to me. But, it never was.
#7 FINALLY, the tire was changed but all the other pressures did not match. Manufacturer suggests 36psi but the new tire was 38 and the other tires were at 34, 33 and 31. The tires were also NOT BALANCED...and my ride is very uncomfortable!!!
This was a very disappointing service appointment and I am very displeased.

I’m very upset because not everything was fixed that I asked be fixed. I went back in to speak to the Maintenance and of course it was after five and everyone left. Anyone who had driven my car out of the garage would have seen that the pressure in my tires was incorrect by my dashboard. Also I have a service light that says -200 and my next service which needs to be taken care of. And I should have gotten a free complementary wash. I have quite a ways to come and have things done which I don’t mind if they’re done correctly. Needless to say I’m very upset with your maintenance department .
He was very pleasant and explained everything that was performed on my car

The wait time was out of this world. It was crazy. Over two hour wait
Driverside carpet has grease all over. Car wasn't washed as you do for a usual visit. Odometer was off by 2000 miles. I told service guy 55,122 he wrote 53,122.Adam was very professional and polite

I brought my car in for routine maintenance service and again I am not satisfied with the service. After the service was done I received my receipt and left. I was checking my receipt and noticed that there were several markings on it indicating what was done, and I looked at the fluids that were filled and it said the windshield washer fluid was filled so I checked it for myself and it was the same as when I brought it on, I'm wondering if anything else was not taken care of like the cabin air filter which I requested be replaced. The service is really not the best it seems to be an ongoing problem. I called and spoke with Sandra and she informed with she would have the Service Manager call me back and to this day I have not received any call from him. They need to do better I pay for this service every month.
I would like a Trade in offer !!I was up set with the cuts on my Dashboard !! They said it’s the Normal with the Air bags !! I don’t like that !! My car is inside !! Garbage!! I have 13,700 miles !! It’s in perfect Condition !! Thank you Bernadette Bodnar
Extremely dissatisfied with my service: a job that should of been completed within the weeks took 4 weeks. And I went to pick up my car on none other than my birthday they had my car fro several hours told me it was done and come pick it up! Arrive and I tried to enter my car and NO entry the original issue was still going on . Needless to say I was very upset especially since I had birthday dinner reservations in 2 hours I will be selling this KIa car and buying something new lse

Someone smoked in my vehicle and the car smells awful. I mentioned this to Daniel. I am not a smoker so this is truly unacceptable. I had to stop and buy a vehicle air freshener after I left and the car still smells. I have asthma and this is not safe!
It took more than 3:00 hours to finish the work. I was not satisfied at all.
