Not pleased! No one came to have me sign anything. After about an hour and a half I went out to ask who should I ask about my car? Ivanya said it’s me. I explained that no one has come to me. She apologized and said she’s the only one doing check-ins. She went to check to see what was going on. About an hour and half later she tells me the car is ready and there was a recall on a part. I explained that I had not been notified. She claims I should have. I’ve never had service this bad before.

Had an appointment at 8 and my car didn’t get taken back till almost 9. After being told it would be 30 minutes for them to finish. I was offered a car wash and was told they were going to fill up my windshield fluid and neither were done because it would have been an extra 15 minutes for the wash. Very unsatisfied
