I was satisfied with the service rep 100%. But not with the fact that my 2021 Seltos that I pay over 600.00 a month for has air conditioning issues and that I had to take it back not fixed and than bring it back 1 day later to hope that the part is in so that it can be fixed and that I had to inconvenience myself and other people to get rides to and from work and to and from the kia dealership! That’s the reason I bought a new car so that it was dependable but it has proven that it is not! Very disappointed in kia right now especially since this is my third kia!!
I expected that you would have washed my car and there was a smudge of greasy dirt on the inside of the driver's door. There is inadequate signage directing customers driving in from the side street and the attendant who did acknowledge I had pulled into the wrong lane was condescending.
They never call back they’re bad at communication they tell me one thing and do another fix my car without telling me anything my car was in the shop for almost 3 months and a month later or should I say three weeks later my car is broken down on the road again don’t understand they kept changing my appointments supposedly it was supposed to get fixed on Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday.
Staff friendly and service done on time.

I requested an oil change and did not get it. When I asked Bobbie jo if that was done she assured me it was. Also I was not told that the work done to my vehicle was different than what I was originally expected to be done. I’m not very happy at all. Now I have to arrange for another service appointment to get done what wasn’t. Very disappointed

Waited 45 minutes to get my car into a service bay Should not schedule appointments if you can’t take people long time never seen you have your oil change and tire rotation take so long
