I was there for my first service since I purchased my new vehicle the guy who took my car told me it would be no more than two hours I was there longer than two hours I was never was advised of who my advisor was I later was told by a very nice woman with red hair, that she will go check on my vehicle she then went to look for who my advisor was then another gentleman came up to me and said my advisor was new and she forgot to let me know that my car had two recalls and it will take a little more time. That gentleman then ask me to not give the service department a bad rating because it will affect the young ladies pay rate. I really wasn’t in the mood to tell him at the time how I really felt because I was not feeling very well and I had just came home from the ER. I just wanted to get my car and leave I think the older lady with the red hair was very nice and sweet and also a black young lady that was passing out popcorn but as far as the service department I was very dissatisfied and I do hope the next time I come I would not have that experience.

Thank you for a great expectation. Im truly grateful for bobbie jo, she did a fantastic job. Very sociable, and right on request. She did a great job. I will definitely come again. Thank you Bev Smith for great mechanics, i give your mechanics a 10!

Bobby Jo was great throughout the service very helpful when needed to be. As far as she is concerned it was great but with Kia it’s self not so pleased or happy with the outcome of my vehicle never thought I would buy a car brand new with zero miles and only have it for six year don’t think I would every buy another Kia vehicle
