Oh Bobbie was FANTASTIC, provided wonderful customer experience! She got my car and even me prepped for trip to Canada!????know exactly what I need to do to insure no battery issues in leaving car for 3 weeks! Bobbie was so much fun! ????????????

She left a message and I called back, line was busy. I then texted her to call me and she did not. Not sure why she called but there was no actual communication. Same thing with Angela after I bought the car. Wanted to speak about experience but she already got initial statement. I’m guessing they get extra for good Evans but after it’s done there is a drop in service.
