Service was great. Atmosphere in waiting area beyond terrible. The staff from all departments were inappropriate in their loud yelling and noise making. The radio from show room was sooooo loud we couldn’t hear tv in our waiting area. Could not even interact ie talk with anyone since you couldn’t hear what they were saying.

Today I was completely satisfied with my service because the problem was taken care of. The reason I was back in today was because my tire sensor light came back on after leaving the dealership the last time I was there. The reason it came back on was the nail was still in my tire. I was not happy at all!

Had to go back the next day for them to finish which was understandable because I came in late, the next day when I came in worst car wash I’ve ever gotten waited three hours they practically did nothing the outside of my car looked like they did nothing for three hours I’m upset and angry I would have done a better job myself

First we were told that you did have the tire we needed, then you didn’t. We had to come back another day out of our way. Then my wife was told she would be done soon that they were just putting the spare tire back in place. Afterward it was found out that the technician didn’t put the tire back because the technician didn’t know how. This is not the service advisor’s fault, but technicians need to be trained better. I did it in 5 minutes. Thanks

Jojo and customer service was awesome. The only thing that I could say that I didn't like about the visit was that the wash the wash the car did not look washed so maybe you need to get some brushes on that brushless washing because there was a lot of stuff that wasn't even stuck on the car that would did not come off with the washing.
