Inaya was very professional in a difficult situation. She was the only Service Manager on site. She kept customers informed about the status of their vehicles. She is an excellent employee.

but again I DID NOT have a vehicle there today !

She was very nice and she keep me informed with what was going on with my car. I traded my car in last Jan & got this shortage. I was very disappointed when she told me that U no longer replaced tires & batteries for the life of my car.

Daniel was fantastic by getting my vehicle in for service when I stopped by to inquire regarding a blind spot warning failure I was receiving. He checked and also saw I was ready for another oil change and he promptly got me a ride in the courtesy shuttle which he also sent back for me once the vehicle was ready. Also have nothing but high praise for the shuttle driver who was very friendly. All around a great experience!
Bobbi Jo was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely annoyed by the salesmen trying to get me to trade in my car, so she was a welcome relief! You have a great employee with her!

Bobby Jo was most helpful in taking care of my issue in a very pleasant and professional manner.
I bought my car at this location. Since then Kia has been the ONLY company servicing my car. I had a light that came on in my car so I took it to Kia they diagnosed my car told me what the problem was and I got it fixed. The light came right back. I took it to Kia again and they said it had came on because I needed a oil change. I got it fixed. The light still came back. For the first time EVER I took it to a new place. They told me my oil pan was cracked and to take it back to who ever was servicing my car. When I took it back to Kia I felt like I experienced the worst customer service. The service manager Paul heard my story and transferred me to the Toyota department. I kept getting transferred to a couple people till I landed with the Toyota service manager who seem willing to help but then he mentioned that Paul was the right person to speak to. Then when I re communicate with Paul he had me retell him what was going on, no problem but I had to explain to him what happened over 5 times for him to understand my point of view. At the end instead of taking responsibility for this because KIA was the ONLY company messing with my car for the last 7years. He made it seem like I was attacking him when I wasn’t I stood calm and professional. When I noticed he wasn’t willing to help I asked for his manager and he acted as if their was no one above him not even corporate. Finally he calls me back trying to negotiate with me. I felt it was wrong of him trying to negotiate a mistake like that. In general not the best customer experience.
