Bobby Jo was amazing! However, all male service members were extremely condescending and it took three times of dropping my car off to have them finally listen and diagnose my car properly. My husband had to come in and they finally listened. We said the same thing- not okay. Will never step foot in you dealership or service department again !

Whoever service my 2022 Telluride on 9/12/22 didn’t put the cap cover back where I put air in the tire, also tried to charge me for maintenance which I have full warranty on my truck, so truck tire is missing the cap, poor service. I didn’t receive my car wash which was done. Wasn’t happy when I left there
