Jo Jo and Phil are the best. I was sad to hear Petra was no longer there, but I remembered Jo Jo from 2020, when she was my advisor at that time, I was disappointed when left as well but happy to see her back as my advisor again.

Tim was a huge help I ran into a lot of confusion going to the dealership because of the way the phone numbers are listed. Tim stepped up and took care of everything I needed to take care of and was Chyna understanding on why I was kind of upset over the whole situation in reference to thinking I was calling Kia of Fort Pierce and they sent me to Vero Beach and the woman who answered the phone told me or didn’t tell me where I was, but the reason for my call was that I had gotten a call from someone in service telling me that I couldn’t drop my car off at night for the next day service which I did not understand and I spoke to someone named Tim from the Fort Pierce store who straighten that out and told me just to bring my car in thinking it was the same Tim when I got to Fort Pierce Kia the other Tim straighten everything out I’ve got me squared away got my car done in one day and was willing to send an Uber to come pick me up but I paid for my own wasn’t fair for them to have to pay for my Uber but maybe somebody needs to tell the woman who’s calling people to confirm their appointments that you can drop your car off at night if you have a night drop there it’s not just for tow trucks dropping off cars kind of very upsetting.

Wednesday I take KIA Thursday I agree to charge and this is the last time I hear from Inaya Liz Santiago till today I hear from her n it is Wednesday 6 days later to tell me my car is ready I’m between the 6 days she was late r wasn’t there n never called when I left messages… She also told me she would call me Saturday never happened even when I called n left a Message for update on part that way ordered I ran into Angelina who was a great help n running down Alex the Service Manager after leaving message and calls for 4 hours not knowing anything of my KIA status Also JoJo he called to tell me the part was in meanwhile it’s Wednesday morning and no word from AWOL Santiago my assigned service advisor Perry H

Iyana was the service person in charge of handling my car today. My husband brought the car in for an oil change. He waited for an extra 40 Minutes for the car after I received the email it was ready. When he asked what is happening he was informed by Iyana that the car is being washed. He informed her he wasn’t asked if he wanted one or asked for It. Inaya informed him and also in my email to her that to prevent any confusion we should be the one to ask for no car wash. This is the first time in years of my husband and myself coming to your establishment and not being asked if we want a car wash or to be given one automatically. I think it is very unprofessional to explain to me via email that the emails I get from Kia are to pre close tickets to get us out in a timely manner when my vehicle wasn’t. Upon arriving home my husband found family artwork in the glove compartment was smooshed from a mechanic putting the tire bolt key lock in there. If that is not the place the customer put it why would a mechanic for the first time move it and put it somewhere without regards to what they are doing. I have had issues in the past of waiting hours because they thought I left and pushed my car to the side. Then I had an issue where the women on the phone informed me that my husband and I must be reading the odometer wrong. Instead of taking my statement that it staying at zero was part of the issue. Which it was. Why be a patron to your dealership with this happening?

I wish I did not spend almost $700 this Morning. The engine flush was probably all I could afford. I also felt the Tires, at least 2, should have been replaced under Tires For Life. I've been loyal to your service dept. since I bought my car in 2014. Probably wont be back to see you. I'll go to a Friend who owns a Repair Shop near my Home. He is very reasonable & HONEST!
