Service rep (Lance) did a great job taking care of me. After telling him I wanted 15000 service there were 2 other issues I forgot to mention to him. He came back to me and told me so I knew the car was checked over completely. He Had everything taken care of in good time. Keep up the good work.

My vehicle is not working properly. Sometimes I can’t even drive it the antilock and Kia didn’t care to fix the problems instead they charge me $289.00 for a service charge, that used to be $60.00. I’m just gonna report it to capital one because I feel like I’m being neglected because I’m black! Never late on my payments. In my opinion I feel like y’all racist towards me and I’m being ripped off!!

I was treated very courteous and professionally. I did have a concern with my Kia Optima that I was upset about, but I must say that Mr. Tim Seymour treated me very respectful and personally handled the concern with the technician Shane. The wait was less than I expected and I left very satisfied. Thank You and you are very much appreciated!

First and foremost, I want to thank bev Smith for hiring an exceptional employee like Zarin Khan! What a wonderful service personal. His knowledge, his courtesy, concern was extremely appreciated , and excellence in his performance. He really explianed everything I needed to know, and I hope bev Smith kia compensate his great customer service! Honestly, I won't ever want a different service advisor, if it's not him. Bev Smith kia has a handful of good caring employee's not to mention (Tim Seymore) at 7am today Saturday, he was the first person I encountered, and what a wonderful encounter it was. A man with a great attitude as well and very detailed at his job. I'm one satisfied customer, and I will only be doing buisness for our vehicles there at bev Smith kia on US1 PSL. I was very surprised with the prompt attention as soon as I drove onto the property. I was greeted within minutes of my arrival. I was given information as to what to expect and who would do what. Everyone was very courteous and helpful!! I was told what to expect and approximately how long it would take and that I would be notified when my vehicle was ready. At the end I was extremely satisfied and with the service, the personnel, the cost of service and the attention!
