Everything was good except that I did not receive a call or email about the status of my car until it was ready. My car was there for more that two weeks. When I called it was impossible to contact them at the service department. I am completely satisfied with the work (warranty) that was performed to my car. Thanks

Every time I try to make an appointment, no matter what day it is, I am always turned down with the “we are booked” so I literally have to argue and fight to get an appointment to be serviced. This weekend I was told to go somewhere else to get my oil change. After many tries, I called you Goya back to find out that I could come in at 11am. Funny isn’t it? After been told there was no appointment available, they gave me one at 11:00am. When I made it, I waited for over 2 hours and my car according to the man that gave me the papers that the service was completed, told me it was washed and it was not. I am very upset at manner manner I have been treated the last three oil changes. This is NOT a way to treat a customer. I even left a phone message to a lady service manager and she never responded my call. Very disappointed. ????????????

My service rep did not notify me personally when the car was completed. It was an hour before I knew my car was done. We come from Boynton and the lack of personal attention is unacceptable.

He was awesome! Everything he said he would see to get the car serviced came true. He accommodated me by having it repaired the same day (was towed in) and knew it was my only vehicle so pushed to get it looked at. He kept me up-to-date with status.

Since you say you wash the car, you should do a good job doing it. The car had sap spots all over the hood. Now you did vacuum the inside. But I seriously doubt you washed the outside. When I mentioned to your service personnel, I was told the people who wash the outside only get like a dollar a car do they do not focus on doing a good job. ?? What kind of response was that ?? At least make the excuse a reasonable one. Say the wash was out of order. I felt you needed to hear this one.

I came to you to have a tire fixed that was losing air my tires are covered because they're nitrous he tried to charge me over $300 for a new Tire and then the only reason I was there was to get the tire fixed and they decided to do the oil change and the tire rotation that wasn't scheduled until the 24th of September but never told me until I told them to get my car because when I went to Vero Kia they knew that I had a $200 credit on that tire and didn't have to pay the full price so no I'm not satisfied with your business whatsoever thank you

They didn’t listen to me when I told them what was wrong with my car and then had to show them. Left my car all day and went back to pick it up and it is still not right
