Seth was great in keeping me informed but the service wait time which I know is not Seth's fault was ridiculous. Having to spend hours apon hours at the garage to get simple service done is uncalled for.

My service attendant was great but the service department needs more training.. when I got my car home my husband noticed there was damage done to the rims. They didn’t use the plastic insulator and chipped and scraped the finish off around and in the lug nut area on all four rims. The service technician also left oil all over the wind shield cover by the oil pan and filter area. My husband took a rag to wipe off what he could. Why didn’t the technician clean up after himself? As I drove the car all I could smell was oil burning. The GM called me after complaining to the service manager and said he would have his guy come and fix it.. but these are powder coated and chemically cured.. I want new rims instead… the worst part of this is I just made my 8th payment .. my new car. I always bring my car to the dealership for service.. now I’m not so sure I can do that anymore. This was my 5th car bought at this location.. im discouraged.

I had a scheduled appt for an oil change and routine maintenance plan check. Although check-in was smooth, we ended up waiting for over 3 1/2 hours without being updated by our technician unless I reached out directly, and then I was told over 90 minutes after check-in that the car hadn’t even been started yet. I am also concerned that upselling a general service is becoming the normal practice, since it seemed everyone was suddenly in need of alignments today just like everyone was suddenly in need of batteries on a previous visit. It makes it hard to trust what is truly needed. In general, I’ve been increasingly frustrated with the communication provided by the service department. When I did speak up, Seth was polite and seemed understanding, but more transparency and follow-up throughout the hours I spent there today would’ve been appreciated.

Lance is horrible at communicating. He made me drive up there 30 mins out of my way, before hurricane at 115 he called me and said the car is ready and I can come grab it. I get dropped off at 215 to find nobody there in the whole dealership. Turns out they closed at 2. Did Lance say anything on the phone? Nope. Did he say anything when he called me and left a voicemail that the storm is coming and they may have abbreviated hours today and that the car is not ready yet but if it does get done he would let me know to make it before 2? Nope. Was Lance man enough to call me the next day and let me know he made a mistake?Nope. Did anyone call me the next day even if it was just to tell me the car is ready? They could have even acted like they knew nothing about it. Nope, no call. Horrible experience so far. I’m picking the car up tomorrow, I guess well see how much any one “cares”.

Bobby Jo was AWESOME. She kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Her personality when I got there was welcoming and friendly. She arranged a ride for me. I forgot my credit card and she waited with me until my ride came although it was over her time to leave for the day. The next morning when I returned, there she was waiting and pleasant as ever.
