It took 90 minutes for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. I sat and waited that long. I feel it should have been at least half that time

After I called on Nov 2 to book my service appointment for Nov 8th 10am, I get to the dealership and was told my appointment was never booked and I had to wait up to 4hrs to get service because I was going to be an add-on. After I explained I did call the staff was never able to find my appointment regardless. Also I bought my vehicle at Fort Pierce bev smith and they tried to tell me I might not be able to receive service due to me buying my vehicle elsewhere and since it was my first service I had to get it done at the dealer I bought my car in which was another upsetting argument I had to have with staff after being upset and talking with a couple of staff member they set me up as an add on and I was able to get service on my car.

I told them I only wanted an oil change when I got my car back I had a oil change and my tires rotated then they asked me after waiting three hours oh well do you want me to take it back in and rotate the tires back. I was not satisfied waiting 3 hours on just an oil change!

I have tried to get her to call me back for 3 days. I took my car in 1.5 weeks ago. Kia could not fix it. I was told they needed to talk to kia then fix it. All I want is an update. I find this very rude and unacceptable that kia has not found the time to return my phone call.

Lack of communication. Lance McIntosh was to have called us back to let us know when to expect the part ordered for our Kia. It’s been 2 days and I’ve sent texts with no answer. This has happened tge kast 2 times you’ve repaired our Kia.
