Brought our vehicle in on Friday at 3:30 for 4 things , 1 of which being an oil change . From Friday all the way until Tuesday they had our vehicle and when we called up we got the run around , they can't find our vehicle, there's no paperwork on it etc . Finally pick it up on Tuesday, and after getting paperwork see they never even did my oil change . We are very unhappy about the way we were treated and the work done/not done etc .

My car was done at 1:15 and the shuttle was supposed to come get me. However it kept getting later and I was told he wouldn't make it until the next morning. It was very upsetting.Hiw about some compensation?
