I was greeted with a smile by Seth and a warm welcome back and happy to see you again. Service performed was oil, lube and tire rotation completed on time as promised. Kudos to the entire service area as they greeted me with such warmth and professional demeanor. Today only in a long time I actually felt that someone listened to what was wrong with my tires and took time to look and put my mind to rest that it will be fixed the right way. Tim and Lonnie really are a blessing. Because what was missed on my vehicle almost cost me my life. After calling for over a week with no response back I truly was going to be done with Kia! Thank you Tim and Lonnie.

I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. The AC issue was resolved, said so in the report handed to me. It said “the AC is blowing cold air”, which was BS. After driving off my car still blew out hot air & was not indeed fixed. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was told a part was ordered and I’d have to come back. When was this going to be this information? Why lie? I brought my son who had seizures in this heat wave to pick up my car I thought had a working AC, when i could have safely left him home. Unprofessional! Lack of communication! I have no problem waiting for the part, but communicate that to me!
