I do not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I was told my car was al.ost finished and just waiting for a car wash,30-40 mins later went to check on the status of my car and it looked like it was finished as it was pulled back up to the service desk are. Seth was very nice and got my papers all together. When I got in the car I realized that it was never even washed, the inside or outside was never cleaned. The outside still dirty with marks on it and the inside not vacuumed. Than today I realized that my Windshield washer fluid was never checked and refilled which I thought was a part of normal service routine as it is normally topped off. Not sure about other fluid guess I'll have to check myself. This was a faster than normal service as it was only 2 hours I am normally there 3+ hours but was told it would be quicker as they were not very busy. I normally don't complain but I am not happy this time. I also have complained a few times about the same issues with this car the back windows not working properly and the tears in the driver side leather seating that cuts my leg happened well before 36,000 miles.

$1800 for a brake job over six months is ridiculous. Cancellation of both battery for life and tires for life program while still owning vehicle, and not honoring programs “for life” is wrong. Not calling on 7/19 when car was ready, then no one able to tell me what the status was when I called at 3pm is terrible customer service. All of these items plus other issues over the years (not tightening lug nuts after tire rotation, etc.) has convinced me to never return for service or purchase.

Justin was a gentleman, friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns, beside that as soon as I arrive and been this my first appointment I have some doubts about were to park or stay and when I adress the person in the booth I didn't feel well attend, I say this just to let you know that people will arrive to your place for the first time a little bit lost just like I was and as the saying goes the first impression is what counts, but overall and regarding Justin and facilities all perfect, Thank you
