It is said, “First impression is lasting” , this is so true. I was very pleased, from the initial reception to the discussion of service . I was very impressed with the one stop shopping , no going inside to wait at a cashier’s window to pay my bill.

Seth and Tim tried very hard to fix the problem .. but after picking up my car today it still is iffy , it remains to be seen as I drive on longer trips, which was the original problem with the release of the key , but again Seth and Service Manager Tim couldn’t have been nicer !

Picked up the car and once I got onto I95 the same problem occurred. Had to have the car towed again. Took it to another shop and was told that the computer code came back with a TSB of “Replace engine”. So had the car towed to Napleton Kia and would up buying a new car from them. If Bev Smith service department did a real text drive and determined that the engine needed to be replaced I likely would’ve bought a new car from Bev Smith Kia. All of this caused me to have to extend my time off of work by one week.

Joseph is awesome. Plus they are now taking payments from customers. I think that is way too much for them to do. It’s hard to concentrate on personality addresses each customer like they need to do. They do way to much already I think they need to stay Focus on each customer. Joseph did a great job.
