I called multiple times before my appt to speak with Cory my service specialist I never received my call back. I even still dropped my car off and was contacted about the issue with my car. I was told metal was broken in my engine that it would be too costly to take apart to fix (not even an actually quote. I asked for other options and he said replacing my engine which would cost 10,000. The very next day I had my vehicle towed to my house and I had a mechanic come to my home for a second opinion just before selling my car. The mechanic said I had zero oil in my car, low coolant, and a dead battery. I have since fixed these conditions and my car is back running completely noise free and the engine light is gone. I have been calling Bev smith to speak to Cory about all of this, 4 times yesterday and still no call back. It’s concerning that these small fixes were able to get my car back on the road and your recommendation for my car was a new engine. I’m not sure if this was a malicious intent to get be to trade my car or if this was incompetence. Either way I will never buy or service my vehicles with this company again.

Service and advisor were great. Only thing I was not happy about was that the technician set there tool mat or something similar on my hood leaving a grease spot in the shape of the mat. Will happily provide photos if needed.
