Really not any difference to expect from and oil change, but it was performed efficiently, fast and together to a recall due at the time regarding a master window switch.

My car was scheduled for an induction and an oil change. Upon picking up my car, only the oil change was done. The paperwork states that the induction was recommended but declined. The whole purpose of the visit was to get the induction service completed. Other services were also stated as recommended but declined. I never declined anything, nor was I contacted about any changes to my order. My car was at your service center on Thursday evening and was not ready to be picked up until 4:15pm on Friday and the only service completed was an oil change. I also have to find another day off work to bring my car back in to get the services completed that it was already scheduled for. That’s unacceptable!

I was advised it would be around 90 minutes but was not checked in on and no response to text regarding g how much longer and I was there for way over 90 minutes. Please look at log.. checked in at 10:00 am and out about 1:45pm. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
