I picked up my vehicle and it still had the same leaking oil issue I drove it home it leaked oil once again all over my driveway and in my garage. I paid 3300.00 to have my car serviced and fixed properly and this is now the third time it’s in the garage going on 3 weeks. Thank goodness Patrick in used cars did give me back the loaner vehicle I had before. When I brought back my car I was told I could not have it back. Not sure why 2 different responses? I want my car fixed properly test driven and all that oil cleaned off my engine. My car has never leaked oil in all the time I have owned it and now because of this expensive repair it’s leaking all the time. Please fix the issue

Justin is the Very polite very respectful and very knowledgeable. Extremely personable. We will never service our car at Wallace again! We used to use your service dept for our other cars and we were never disappointed. .

Much better service than the Kia dealer in South US 1. Only minor issue is not vacuuming the car the first time. However, they took care of it. The rest, service, explanation etc. exemplary!
