Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback. First I would like to say that I know there are still issues with supply chain and authorizations for expensive repairs under warranty. My SORENTO had a complex electrical issue. When I got home with the car, I noticed that the power lift gate did not work and the passenger front door “lock/Unlock” button no longer worked. Hopefully Monday, my service advisor will return my call/message and text messages. The above items were working when I took the car in for repairs. Thank you in advance for your help getting my car repaired and all components working as designed. Robbin C
Timely, courteous and deserves a raise.
Service advisor never came to see me. Never really showed up on time, and I heard from others. He called me an hour in to try to get me to buy more service. When I did meet him at the end, he gave me an attitude if he was better than I was, and I was him doing him a favor. Never introduced himself, and I have to say this was THE WORST service experience I had with you. I’m sure you will reach out. But your team dropped the ball.
Took 6 months to get my car fixed. Not acceptable

We traded our K5 for a Sportage during the oil change.
First I waited at the kiosk for 25 mins. Before anyone even approached me while I sat in my car in the heat. I’m 71 yrs old and have medical conditions I take medicine for that states, stay out of high heat situation as it can cause heat stroke. My appointment was for 10:30 I was about 8 to 10 mins late. At 10:58 I looked at the clock in the car and I was still waiting. I’m not sure what time the person finally came but I know it was at least another 15 minutes or more.
I realize you wash the cars as a courtesy and vacuum but I admit my car had a lot of sand and dried grass on the floors. The only thing vacuumed was the front mats. The back wasn’t even touched. They could have at least shook the mats. But that’s not the biggest problem.
I pay $69.95 a month for the oil change and maintenance package. I’ve used it once, today for an oil change. It’s supposed to include top offs, tire rotations and brake inspections, etc. with the oil change. That didn’t happen. I was told I need 2 back tires, and brakes. How can they tell I need brakes when the tires were never removed from my car they were never rotated and there was a nail in my back tire with only 25 pounds of pressure and I thought for sure that they would at least have put air in my tire because that Nail has had to be in there for months because the tire indicator keep showing low pressure problem was the valve stem that was leaking but I was told that the stem was fine. There wasn’t a problem with it.
It seems to me that the only thing they wanted to do was sell me tires and a brake job that I didn’t need because I left your place and went and bought two used tires, and when they took the tires off they looked and it the bricks were ok.
I am so disappointed with the service department on this trip. I don’t know if I’ll bring it back. I think I’m gonna cancel my contract for the money and go to Walmart for my oil changes and buy tires online because I’m not getting the service that I’m paying for.
Seth came through again with a great through job. His communication is spot on. Thanks again, I will be sure to make an appointment with him in the future for any service my car may need.

Our cadenza malfunctioned on our drive home from vacay. The service staff accommodated our need’s immediately by getting us in to check the problem. Seth took over with urgency and professionalism. Justin was the best man, I thought my appointment would have take. 2-3 hours due to the high appointment volume but he got me out of there in an hour and some change!. Idk about y’all but that’s pretty good .
