Joseph is amazing. The best service attendant I have worked with in my history of doing Business with Bev Smith Kia. He was kind, courteous and professional. When the Kia Courtesy ride was delayed, Joseph offers me an Uber. He was concerned about my safety and me having transportation to picked up. Joseph is the kind of employee who brings great value to any out fit. Kia is blessed to have Joseph as a representative. This type of excellent service keeps customers coming back again and again.
1 phone call from Fred on Tuesday night and then nothing even after being told he would call in am, I had to call and leave a message and he did return call and he said he wanted to have me talk
To the tech guy and that never happened. I had to call again

I picked up my vehicle and it still had the same leaking oil issue I drove it home it leaked oil once again all over my driveway and in my garage. I paid 3300.00 to have my car serviced and fixed properly and this is now the third time it’s in the garage going on 3 weeks. Thank goodness Patrick in used cars did give me back the loaner vehicle I had before. When I brought back my car I was told I could not have it back. Not sure why 2 different responses? I want my car fixed properly test driven and all that oil cleaned off my engine. My car has never leaked oil in all the time I have owned it and now because of this expensive repair it’s leaking all the time. Please fix the issue
