Frank was very helpful when it was time to drop off my car. This is my first oil change with my new car and I was very pleased and very happy when I got a call saying my tire rotation was complementary. It definitely helps out a lot and I really appreciate you guys

She was so nice, informative, and checked on me every 30 minutes to make sure I was okay during my four hour wait! I will definitely be back!

Fred does a great job. He goes above and beyond to help. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. He has helped me numerous times. I’ve been there for services four times and it’s always been Fred that helps me. And when I think nothing more can be done, Fred always comes through. He’s the best.

When I brought my vehicle in I inquired about the peeling paint on my front bumper. Cory said he sent some pictures in to Kia and would follow up with me. There has been no follow up, and Sandra Dudley was quick to send 2 emails reminding me to take the Customer service survey and to contact her if there were any issues. I have sent 3 emails and have not got a reply.
It hurts your service levels more when you tell someone to contact you if they have an issue, but then just ignore them. 2 people have dropped the ball on this one, does not reflect good on the team.
Caitlin did a fantastic job. I had a blower problem with the cabin fan. First appointment available was Monday and this happened on Wednesday. Caitlin called us back and ask if we could run it in that afternoon.I ran it right down to you folks ask for Caitlin and an hour later they had the fan fixed. I really appreciate getting me in there and checking it out and not having to wait until Monday..Great customer service.
