Frank was a very pleasant person to deal with, I admire the way he conducted himself and his appearance. Nice, soft spoken intellectual individual. I don't have to get my cars service done at the KIA dealership in Fort Pierce. The service is/was the reason for my continued patronage. I was disappointed by the customer service I received apon picking up my car. Very disappointed.

This is the second time that Fred took care of my car. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He always keeps me up to date with the progress of my car when it is in your service department. He answers any questions I may have concerning my Kia soul. I would prefer to have him handle my car any time I have to take it in for a service issue. The way I see it, you are very fortunate to have a guy like Fred work for you. Stephen T

Terrible. My Kia keeps using oil 1 quart every thousand miles. I brought it in more than once, and it keeps doing the same thing and your service people told me that Kia thinks that’s normal and that’s bull. I’m not happy.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the person who checked me in and the satisfaction of the repair and the lady who replaced the chips and coffee area. And her politeness as she offered me a bottle of cold water. I was updated on my car and the time it would be ready. Just enjoyed the whole experience.

This was my second time having Fred as my service advisor and in both of my visits Fred was very nice, polite and helpful. I would definitely schedule all my future service appointments with Fred!
