I bought my 2012 Sportage with you, loved it, gave it to my grandson in 202I but couldn’t find another Sportage at BS so found the 2020 in Stuart——unfortunately. I will ALWAYS go back to Kia of Fort Pierce from now on. I’m very satisfied with the recent service done on my car. Not only was the repair done well but the entire system of communicating with me from Caitlin went above and beyond.
Caitlin was very attentive & understood our problem & that this was our second time for this issue. We hope this now has been resolved

I think it takes too much time to do a simple oil change. I arrived 815a for a 830 an appointment and got messages that service was completed at 1047a. I know your people run it through car wash, but if someone looked they could see it was washed yesterday. Also I was standing outside when my car was brought up. Anyone could see I walk with a cane and not very good but, they parked the car in the furthest local and said your car is ready and walked away. No concern for the older population.
My experience today with Caitlin FAR exceeded my expectations! The service department was extremely busy and she handled everything and everyone with ease while exuding
the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. She saved me from potentially damaging my vehicle when she performed an inspection and recognized that I needed to flush my brake and coolant lines. I appreciated her help so much as I have no idea what I am looking for under the hood! She is a treasure and you are very lucky to have her! I will definitely do business with her again. Upon leaving the dealership it was evident that my car was operating much smoother than before I brought it in today. Thank you for a job well done!
Brought my 2018 Sportage in for defective paddle shifter and it still isn’t shifting properly. This car is basically new with only 35,000 miles on it. Despite extremely long waits service is incorrectly done. This needs my immediate attention. Trying to contact service by phone is futile and the call frequently goes to voicemail. Service at Kia Fort Pierce is horrendous..
