I dropped it off around 1pm Friday. The **** the phone said it would take 1-1/2hrs to do. I needed to get to work, so left it there. And told them I’d get it over the weekend. I got a text just saying if I had any questions to feel free to text them. I never got a call. Saturday I texted to check on it. Didn’t get a reply. I called Sunday and the people said service was not open. I went to get my work equipment from my car and saw it left unlocked. I took my car instead of just getting my equipment. I didn’t let anyone know I was taking it. Monday I went to get my key from service around 11:30am. I Was shocked that they didn’t call me earlier to even tell me my car was gone. Tim said he didn’t know why no one called me. That’s all I got as an excuse. If I never went to get my key, I don’t think they would have even noticed it was gone. Not very safe for your clients. Not a place I will be taking my car anymore.

The dealership reneged on a contract for tires and batteries for life. Furthermore, they never have parts in house when I need a service done. Beyond that the general service has been poor at best. It seems each time they fix something, something else breaks. The dealership as a whole completely lacks integrity. Anyone who would sell something as a contract for life and then renege on it is never going to get any of my business. I will also make sure that everyone I know will never do business with such an unethical establishment.
