Fred Madorma took the horrible situation of my car being stolen and in dire need of repair and turned it around. He was amazing at keeping me informed of the progress of my car being repaired, as we'll as the dealings with the insurance company. From the bottom of my heart, Bev Smith is very lucky to have someone of his caliber in their employ. Thank-you and especially, Thank-you to Fred.

Corey did a fantastic job of facilitating the service appointment. I was happy to see Shane was there, he’s the only mechanic I like working on my car. He does a fantastic job. Both these gentlemen did a great job, and I was very satisfied. I only bring my two Kia Niro‘s to Bev Smith Kia. I’m loyal to a company that is good to me. You guys have been good to me.
