Joseph was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. He would notify me of the progress of my car and reassure me things were done right and as fast and safely as possible.

Pablo was excellent, kept me informed every step of the way! One of the reasons I drive from Palm City to Ft Pierce instead of going 3 miles to Wallace…had three makes of cars that Wallace services, all experience with them pretty awful!

Justin was great!! However, I arrived at 6:50 and was the first there for my appointment at 7. Service provided was tire rotation, cabin filter , oil change . My car was not finished til after 8:30, making me late for work. Justin did try to get my car for me but even at that it was still an extended time for them to bring it back over . This is a ridiculous amount of time for this service and I should not have to schedule time off for this. Making me late for work is additionally unacceptable as I am never late. Again pls my extend my appreciation to Justin . He did provide great service
