Justin was awesome. He kept me in contact every step of the way. Whatever needed to be done with the car we had done. He assured us everything was going to be taken care of and it was. He went above and beyond his job to take care of us. We wouldn't have any other way. Tell Justin thank you and we will be back.

Jennifer called me from Kia, and told me my Kia Soul was recalled and set up my appointment to have the problem fixed. After I drove to Kia and sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half Fred called me and told me you don’t have the part needed and will have to order it. I’m not pleased to waste my whole morning when obviously this trip was unnecessary. The part needed should have been on hand before Jennifer called and made the appointment with me.

Very pleased with service prompt update from start to finish thanks
I took my car in was quoted a price of $918 out the door. He also told me that the fuel pump was not covered in a recall this was not true it is recalled and I am filing a complaint. When I picked up the car they told me I owed $1,700.00 . Needless to say I was furious. I had no choice to pay or I would not get my vehicle back. After all that nothing was fixed I’m still having the same problem I was charged for. I’m outraged unacceptable.

The drop-off took a half an hour—in the rain. The service advisor kept stating that it was only 8 minutes after she was notified I was there. Lies. I arrived a little early. At least 4 customers were taken before me. The rest of the staff just ignored me or refused eye contact. I had to wait until this specific person was ready. That’s ridiculous. I handed her a $59 coupon but was told it would be a $80 service a minute later. When picking up with a coupon I was repeatedly told it was $30 off. Clearly there was an extra shop fee. When I questioned the amount, I was repeatedly called “love” and spoken to like I didn’t know how to do math. I stood in the rain for 10 minutes waiting just to lay for my car after being called about it being ready. I asked for an online payment link and was ignored. The car was boxed in when I was told it was ready. Your service practice of making people wait for an individual is unacceptable—at both drop off and pick up. I no longer wish to give you my service.
